Summer Sensations Download N Go Unit Study-Review

Summer Sensations is an awesome new unit study in the Download N Go series by Amanda Bennett and The Old Schoolhouse. It is made up of five daily lessons and lapbook components. Lapbook tutorials are included for those of us who are new to lapbooking. The lapbooking graphics are fun. As always, an excellent book list about summer has been included. During the heat of summer, it will be great to stay in and keep cool while reading great new books. There are many video links included with the daily lessons. We really love the time lapse videos. This unit study is packed full of information not only about summer, but fireflies, snow cones, sundials, shadows, and more. History, science, math, vocabulary, and music make this unit study more than complete. There is a list of internet resources if you would like to explore more about summer with your children. Families will also love the Fun Family Ideas section. We look forward to trying some of these before summer ends. Summer Sensations is a really fun way to teach children about the sunny days ahead.
